This product is for nighttime use only, start using 2-3x a week, and work your way up to more. It is recommended to layer over the Q Flavonoid Complex. 

Enjoy stronger, healthier skin, all while maintaining your skins natural barrier. This products PH level is only a 4.6 which is very high and healthy for a strong retinol.
